W.W.J.W?

I call these my 'Jesus shoes'. Not because I'm a religious zealot. but because I swear (to god) these are the sweetest little pair of kicks I have ever owned. Heavenly. From the moment you wear these, they form to your feet. The leather is....in short- buttery and beautiful. The colors are incredible, periwinkles, ochres, deep reds and metallics. And if the shoes aren't enough, her bags are equally as stunning. The craftsmanship on these bags is so meticulously handled with seams fused together by some special method (not sure how she does this) and textured leathers. Every detail is paid attention. As an added bonus, the insides of the bags are dyed a suedey, complementary color. One friend of mine turns her bag inside out when she's feeling like changing it up a bit. the back story: German born, Jutta Neumann "began designing and handbuilding leathergoods after moving to New York from Paris in the mid-1980s. After spending more than six years assisting an old-school New York leathersmith, Neumann opened her own studio and storefront in Manhattan in 1994. Since then, her work designing and handcrafting sandals, handbags and shoulder bags, wristbands, belts, and accessories has been well received by designers and the general public alike. Neumann's work is featured regularly in national and international fashion magazines, including Vogue, Elle" - juttaneumann.com WWJW? jutta neumann. I believe.
