a chair fit for lovey.
with the profusion of floribunda upholstered chairs everywhere, one will certainly have to channel their inner, lovey howell to get on this trend train. (i just know that this would be right up her design alley) personally, i love a crazy colorful chair in a room.
these chairs are like the lamp shade wearing, high-ball tossing, guest at the party. some may find it a bit of an overbearing bore, others of us will join the festive attitude and even turn it up notch, by bouncing on its 8-way, hand-tied spring construction, while waxing rhapsodically about the beauty and fun of it all. just a passing thought- would lovey and tim gunn ever be friends? you know if he was a made-up character or if she were a reality t.v. star? the above images were snagged from the pottery barn, anthropologie and urbanoutfitters sites.

It would prob be much less tempting to color than the plain "stone" color couches we have now. If I have to was them one more time I may just leave them with the crayon on them...thank Gawd (and Mitchell & Gold) they are machine washable ;)
OK, back to the chairs...luv 'em. All of 'em.
Love the PB chair, unreal! I want it!!!!
