eternity in red

a wise grandmother once noted that "only children and bloggers should wear red shoes".
which is a good thing because my favorite boot just blushed a, seasonal, shade of crimson {or at least it was just brought to my attention} fiorentini + baker eternity boot.

Good thing I'm a blogger then! Besides, Argentine tango dancers also should be allowed to wear red shoes.

I am freakin' all OVER red boots! I have a pair that kills my ankles but that does not matter because they look great and the leather is soft and supple. Fantastic shade of red too. I just drew myself in a pair of red suede ones with a black kimono dress. I love the buckles on these. Nice!

I adore red shoes! I always get a pair of red sandals for summer.

those are gorgeous red boots. I've been contemplating a pair of coral-colored cowboy boots....

Those boots are amazing! I think they were available in black last year? Anyhow, I ended up purchasing some in black, that are flat a week ago from a different brand...and I think they're going back after seeing these! Thanks :)

have we all noticed that everyone and their mother is knocking these lovely boots off this season? while my bank account would prefer the lesser version, i don't know if the purist in me would be able to make the purchase...

Mine are a weird greenish brown from a few years ago. Not the easiest to accessorize. Red would work much better with my 90% black wardrobe!

oooh. I love those greenish brown ones! I have a white pair that I feel like a storm trooper when I wear. Not sure they were the best choice. There's always room for more though.

you just can't go wrong with red kicks.

Love those boots!!! And isn't Ped Shoes the greatest? Although I opted not to get the Eternity (as pretty as they are), I got my beautiful Fiorentini + Baker Emma boots there. Love, them love. Ped's customer service is just the bomb!! (There's something so nice about getting a box wrapped in a ribbon with a personal note.)

Steve bought me these boots in a fabulous taupe color last winter, but I must say, as much as I love them, they are even more exquisite in red!

Hello!

I just found your blog. It's great. I love red shoes, too. I think mostly because my mother would never allow me to have them as a child.

Happy Holidays!
