$175k will get you this sweet old, mountain top school house with a kitchen, full bath etc. sitting in the Catskills. Can you imagine how fun this would be to restore (unless its haunted, which it could very well be - but I don't believe in that stuff ) Somebody, please, buy this old guy and give him some love. oh.my.gosh! that's so beautiful! my husband's a teacher so i have a thing for schoolhouses.
I love it when folks turn schools and churches into dwellings. So cool.
oh my goodness, that is heaven. we've been dreaming about buying a lake house, but this is pretty amazing.
