This little farm house in the Catskills.....

old wooden and glass lockers salvaged from a highschool, serve as a china closet in the pantry (a pantry ROOM?)

Built in the 1840s and owned by Artist, Sean Scherer and partner Marc Mayer....

A birdcage sculpture by the Brazilian artist Vik Muniz. pages from the folio, "Birds of New York" covers the wall

Makes me want to paper my walls with things like, newspapers and bird art...

 and....

old ledger paper...

an paint my walls the color of wet sidewalks set off by a mercury collection.

Inspirational living.

You may be familiar with their shops,  Kabinett and Kammer whose website it like going to a natural curiosities museum while sitting at your desk.
