i was just telling my friend becky that i need new music. decorno turned me on to feist (which, probably, i would have ignored due to the maroon5-sell-out factor with that one song) but i promptly bought it. now, becky has introduced me to this gal jenny owen youngs. milky, creamy, lovely, expletive filled, lilting music. it's kind of the decorno of music actually (she has really good skin)

What a good day for new music, I am telling you...
You know, I woke up and saw a comment from Vanessa of Turquoise (which made me happy), so I checked out her blog which I hadn't visited in a loooooong while and she's added a very cool playlist widget to her blog. You have to check it out. Her whole playlist accompanied my get-up-and-go routine this morning.
Now thanks to you and Vanessa, I have many, many new bands and singer-peeps to check out... like Sea Wolf, Peaches (also veeeerrrry late to that party) and now JYO. Yay.
